Picardy Land secured a reserved matters consent on this site in Herefordshire. The consent was very prescriptive and there was very little scope to vary it, and there was no opportunity for an incoming builder to substitute the plots for their house types.

We went out to a number of local and regional builders and received a handful of bids. Having undertaken a round of shortlist interviews with the client, we concluded that Fletcher Homes had done the most technical due diligence and therefore selected them as preferred bidder.
